Import Excel documents

 Import LineProducer Excel documents directly into LineProducer.You can import data with the LineProducer Excel template. You can find the template either in step three of the project wizard or in the import dialog, which you can find in "File > Import/Export > Import Budget..." Drag the template from the program on to your desktop. Subsequently, it can be edited with Excel. Open the import dialog and drag the edited file into the import area to import the Excel sheet back into LineProducer.Also it is possible to re-import previously exported and modified budgets(also see „Export to Excel“). The Excel import can be integrated into your current budget or into a new version inside your project. If you import it as a new version, you can compare it with all other budget versions in your versions manager. To import the Excel file as a new comparableAs an easy workflow you can export your project or parts of your project as Excel, send it to your partner and let them work on it. As soon as they send the Excel file back, you can just import it via drag & drop to the import field.
